Marilyn Henn, National Speaker on Transition Marilyn is the mother of a daughter with severe autism who is nonverbal and exhibits severe behaviors such as kicking, biting, screaming, pica, and self-injurious behaviors. Despite these obstacles, her daughter has held a fulltime job in the community with supports and full benefits for over 12 years. She has her own car and lives in her own "Family Consortium."
